Helping Others is Always a Top Priority for SERVPRO

Here at SERVPRO of Olathe, our work revolves around helping people through a crisis, which can bring them feelings of restlessness and anxiety. Every day our employees get numerous calls from people in our community who need help. From fire damage to water, storm, and mold, people need our professional assistance every day. Having employees who care and who can lend comfort to a customer, "who is going something traumatic in their life, is a big deal."

Here at SERVPRO, our employees are there to "make things easier for [our customers] to handle." We walk them through the damage, explain our solution, and answer any questions they may have.
