Frozen Pipe Burst in an Olathe Office

Recent freezing temperatures and a lack of insulation caused a pipe to burst in this local Olathe office early this week. We were able to get into the location within an hour of being notified of their water loss and start mitigating the water right away. This was a stage 1, clear water loss and the office tenant was able to resume their day to day after 24 hours of our air movers being put in place!
