Controlled Demo Needed in Olathe Home After Storm Damage
You can take multiple precautions, but storm damage can still manage to hit your Olathe home hard. The homeowner brought in SERVPRO techs who used their moisture detection equipment to trace the migration path so the least amount of controlled demolition got used to open up the interior wall for drying. They used their portable pumps to extract the water from the game room carpet and because the cleanup started so soon after the damage from the water, the carpet could dry in place. As seen in the After Photo, a small amount of the sheetrock needed removal for the ceiling and wall to dry the room and then it got prepped for repairs.
