Commercial Water Damage In Kansas City Gym

SERVPRO received a call to handle the cleanup against commercial water damage in a Kansas City gym. The rubber carpet on the tile floor needed removal for drying outside the premises as there was a significant amount of seepage under the carpet. Upon scoping the property, techs found wicking of water into several walls and used flood cuts to halt any further damage. The techs moved the workout machines that were not bolted down to the floor and used their portable pumps to work around the others. The wall cavities that got opened up allowed greater airflow so the facility could dry as quickly as possible followed up with a wipe down with professional cleaning agents and deodorizing applications to ready the gym for the few repairs needed to get it reopened for business.
